Thank you for the beautiful recipes! Minor point: the white wine listed as an ingredient in the Spaghetti with Mussels is never referenced in the cooking steps. I believe it should go into the pot after the sautés veggies are ready and just before the mussels are added. Kindly advise! PS - the salmon recipe will be on our plan this year- looks amazing! Have you watched the movie "Feast of the Seven Fishes". It is set in Fairmont WV, about 20 miles from us. I cannot remember a time when my parents, now myself have never done the fishes.

Michele and Joe, I wanted to thank you for the Pan Co' Santi recipe. Simply one of the best things I have ever made. I showed it to an Italian friend and we each made our own batch after Halloween. I froze the second loaf and have been sawing off slices to toast w/ butter for the last couple of weeks. Unlike most bread, it keeps nicedly in the refrigerator. Also crisped it and used as basis for a party appetizer with a good cheddar and fig jam. Has to be one of the most delicious breads anywhere! Thanks again. Bob
