The heat has eased off a bit here, but I'm still going to try that lemon seltz. Sounds refreshing.

Made the Lemon Crumble cake this afternoon and we just “taste tested” it—delicious. I had homemade lemon curd to use up so substituted that for the lemon cream with no problem. I used a food processor to speed things along.

Michele, you’ve inspired me to make a seltz asap but turning on my oven to make your fabulous sbriciolata is a long ways off. We’re 36 days above 30 degrees here in Como with no AC!
