My love for EVOO and Italian cooking made this a perfect way to spend 30 minutes. Sherri and I stayed at an air B&B just outside of Florence several years ago and loved the experience. I am interested in getting some of the Tuscany OO when your shipment comes in!

I absolutely loved this. I want to go visit Alessandro, and you!!! I did not have a Tuscan Olive Oil source but now I do. šŸ§”

One thing that struck me was his explanation that there are not so many people wanting to grow olives in Montepulciano anymore because - grapes. We have the same thing in Piemonte and it's a shame. No one is going to sacrifice a field in the Langhe for hazelnuts or woodland when tiny Nebbiolo vineyards are worth millions.

I love your authenticity and passion, Alessandro. Ti auguro buona fortuna per l'imminente raccolto.

Un abbraccio a voi due.
